*~*Monday*~*
Jessica sat in a V-position on the gym floor stretching her legs out before practice. She had an idea for a new cheer and she couldn’t wait to share it with Tia. She had read on the Internet that a cheer competition was occurring in Sweet Valley and she really wanted SVH to sign up and win.
“ Hey beautiful.” Jessica looked up and blushed when she saw it was Will.
“ Hey Will. Why aren’t you in practice yet?” Jessica asked teasingly. Will squatted down on the gymnasium floor and picked Jessica up by her waist.
“ Because, Miss Wakefield, I wanted to see you.” He said with a smile. Jessica head jerked to the left when she heard a muffled scream. She saw the look of death and horror all in one on Melissa’s face. Jessica felt sad and happy at the same time. Jessica gave Will a light kiss. She was so happy.
“ You blond bitch!” A voice screamed from behind them. Will put Jessica down. Jeremy stormed towards them.
“ I can’t believe you! You are such a slut!” Tears immediately streamed down Jessica’s cheeks.
“ Jeremy I’m sorry!” Will placed his arm protectively around Jessica’s waist. Jeremy wrenched her away by her wrist and slammed her against the wall.
“ You made your choice loud and clear. You dumb bitch! You’re friends were right about you. You are a cheap slut!”
“ Hey leave her alone!” Will said knocking Jeremy off of Jessica.
“ You stay out of this Simmons.” Jeremy said through clenched teeth. Will pushed Jeremy and said, “ If you have something to say to her, you have something to say to me.” Jeremy and Will continued to push and shove each other. Jessica was hurt. Her wrist was swelling. She stood up and threw herself between Will and Jeremy.
“ Stop it! I’m sorry Jeremy, just leave me alone now.” Jeremy backed away. He slowly turned around to leave the gym. Then he quickly turned back around and pushed Jessica to the gymnasium floor. She landed with a thud and shrieked in pain. Will glared at Jeremy and kneeled down to help take care of Jessica. Jeremy left the gym. Never to be seen or heard from again.
