*~*Monday*~*
Todd slurped on the soda he had gotten. Lila was sitting beside him at their lunch table. Elizabeth, Jessica, and some of their friends were there too. Todd looked up and saw a Indian looking girl sitting by herself. He gave a sideways glance at Elizabeth. He was extremely surprised Elizabeth hadn’t invited the girl to sit with them.
“ Hey, anyone know the new girl over there?” Todd asked. Lila cast her a look.
“ No, why?”
“ She’s all by herself.. Shouldn’t we invite her over?” Elizabeth and Jessica shrank into their chairs. Conner smiled.
“ Yeah, let’s invite her over here. We have room.” Todd stood to invite the girl over. He noticed another girl sitting was sitting with her now. Todd figured he’d just invite both of them over.
“ Hey Wilkins!”
“ Hey Simmons!” Will grabbed a chair and put himself beside Jessica. Elizabeth scooted her chair away from him. This is one interesting story... I wonder why the twins are acting like something is wrong.
“ Hey man are you inviting them or what?” Conner asked.
“ Yeah.” Todd said.
“ NO!” Todd turned around and saw Jessica and Will pale as ice.
“ Will you guys make up your minds?” Todd stalked away. He tapped the Indian girl on the shoulder.
“ Hey, I’m Todd. Would you and your friend like to come sit with us?” Todd motioned towards Lila and the rest of the gang. He noticed the girls exchanged weird glances as if they were unsure.
“ I’m Cheyenne, and this is Melissa.” Cheyenne said cautiously. Melissa dabbed her eye with the corner of her shirt. “ I guess we’ll come.”
Todd smiled. “ That would be great!”
